Bring fresh water to a boil.
Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 8 oz cup of water to a tea infuser, strainer, or tea bag.
Pour hot water over the herbs.
Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes to allow the herbs to fully infuse.
Strain and enjoy warm.
