1. Wash your hands before removing the Detox Pearl from the sealed package.
2. Unravel string from the Pearl & tie a knot close to Pearl for easy removal.
3. Lay on your back with your knees to your chest or squat. Use your middle finger to push the Pearl deep into your vagina.
4. Leave the Pearl in the Vagina for 18- 24 hours then remove the, Pearl & wash with warm water. You may want to use your finger to remove the discharge, please be careful not to scratch the inside of your Vagina as it may be tight.
5. Wear a pantyliner and allow the Vagina to discharge toxins.
Do not use if pregnant, bleeding or have an IUD. Not intended to diagnosis, treat or cure any disease or acute infection.
Best time to use is 3 days after your menstrual period but anytime before then is fine. You can use it anytime just not when you are on your period or after ovulation if you are trying to conceive and have been active.
